Registration and Spring Schedule Update

   We are using the Sports Connect registration system but our previous season's information was not migrated forward when it was activated, so bear with us if the registration is incomplete. In the meantime, you may pre-register for the Spring season through this link. This will not accept payment but we will contact your club representatives at a later date to get that sorted out.

Registration deadline for all teams is Saturday, March 6th.

The season should end before Memorial Day weekend, unless a lot of rainout reschedules are needed.

Registration Information

2020-2021 Prices per team per season have been set by the Board of Directors per below. There is NO increase from last year. The goal is to have a minimum 7 game schedule in the Fall of 2020, with 8 games for as many teams as we can. Teams with excessive blackout date requests may not get 8 games.

Registration prices apply to teams that have finalized their applications by March 6th. Late Registration fees may apply after that. Late applications may be dependent on space available in an appropriate bracket.

Note that we have incorporated the former "No Home Fields" fee into all team fees to help standardize the registration process for all teams. This will be passed back to all clubs that host games for all games, not just neutral site games, at the end of the season.

Each team may have one free reschedule request. Additional reschedules requests will be per the table below. Games that need to be rescheduled due to weather or other field closures do not count against your free reschedule request. See the Coach Resources page for more information on how to reschedule games.

First Reschedule Request:
   If more than 7 days before the game, FREE
   If 2-6 days before the game, $25
2nd Request:
   If more than 7 days before the game, $25
   If 2-6 days before the game, $50
Subsequent Requests:

   If more than 7 days before the game, $50
   If 2-6 days before the game, $75

   If any reschedule request is made less than 48 hours before the game, we may reschedule the game but a forfeit fee WILL apply. The forfeit fee will depend on the age group, and will cover the costs of renting the fields and paying the referees since their schedules will be disrupted on short notice.

Reschedule Fees:

  • Rainout or field unavailable - no fee to reschedule
  • First coach request after the schedule has been issued - Free.
  • Additional coach requests - Scale per above, per game to the team requesting the change.
  • More than two coach requests may not be honored.

Refund Policy:

Our goal is to provide 8 games per team per season. If rainouts or other factors prevent this, we will issue refunds or credits to Clubs (not individual teams or coaches) as follows.

  • 7 games played - no refunds
  • Less than 7 games played, pro-rated share of registration fee IF coaches have attempted all game reschedules correctly.
  • Any game that was rained out but the coaches have not filed a re-schedule request will not be credited or refunded. If one coach has made a good faith effort to reschedule but the other coach has not responded, only the team attempting to reschedule will receive a refund.
  • Note: Any team that forfeits a game (no show without sufficient advanced notice for rescheduling) will be ineligible for any refund that season.
