Reschedule Fees:
- Rainout or field unavailable - no fee to reschedule
- First coach request after the schedule has been issued - Free.
- Additional coach requests - Scale per above, per game to the team requesting the change.
- More than two coach requests may not be honored.
Refund Policy:
Our goal is to provide 8 games per team per season. If rainouts or other factors prevent this, we will issue refunds or credits to Clubs (not individual teams or coaches) as follows.
- 7 games played - no refunds
- Less than 7 games played, pro-rated share of registration fee IF coaches have attempted all game reschedules correctly.
- Any game that was rained out but the coaches have not filed a re-schedule request will not be credited or refunded. If one coach has made a good faith effort to reschedule but the other coach has not responded, only the team attempting to reschedule will receive a refund.
- Note: Any team that forfeits a game (no show without sufficient advanced notice for rescheduling) will be ineligible for any refund that season.
